No need to drive anywhere. The fresh water stream to hang out in the heart of the mountains. Strolling around to enjoy the view during the day or night is wonderful too. The stars you see in the evening light up the campgrounds.

Another great spot to enjoy a few days of fun is Freeport Long Island. Freeport is known for it's fishing and Nautical Mile. Dozens of restaurants, miniature golf, ice cream shops, shopping and live music everywhere. You can even dock your boat at the end of the mile to sleep over night so you can enjoy the Nautical Mile. Docking your boat at the end of the Nautical Mile, rent a car to head out more East to enjoy Blue Point Beaches, Fire Island, Montauk or the Hamptons. All beautiful places to visit and had some fun.
